Before Booking – Terms & Conditions

  1. Drone Flying & Safety: All drone operations will be conducted by an NPR MEDIA Certified Pilot. Client must ensure safe and legal flying conditions (no restricted zones). Any damages caused due to client negligence will be the client's responsibility.
  2. Travel Charges: Travel charges apply for locations beyond 20 km from base city. Charges: ₹10 per km. Travel fees are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the shoot) are non-refundable. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance may be eligible for partial refund or reschedule (subject to availability).
  4. Weather & Rescheduling: Drone shoots may be rescheduled due to bad weather or unsafe conditions. Client will be offered an alternative date at no extra charge.
  5. Usage Rights: Raw footage/photos delivered can be used by the client for personal or commercial use. Full cinematic edits or social media reels are subject to separate add-on selection.
  6. Liability: The company is not responsible for unforeseen damages to property or equipment beyond our control. Clients must comply with local drone regulations.
